Birthday party for a friend's 6 yo, a family party, church, and shopping/last minute errands/packing for vacay!

My husband is out of town for a bachelor party, so I made plans with girl friends. Today I'm going to afternoon tea with my best friend. Tomorrow I'm going to brunch with a different friend.

Lo'S napping. DH is out getting us firehouse subs for lunch
we're gonna drop a bunch of stuff off at goodwill (summer cleaning!) go to the market, and chill.
Tomorrow.. Church and meeting a girl dh's BFF is interested in! -
I don't have any big plans. I have laundry to fold, and need to touch up some paint in the kitchen. I might even make a trip to Ikea for some curtains.

@chopsuey119: Firehouse Subs! I'm so jealous. I miss those so much. There aren't any in TX. My husband and I have talked about opening a store here. Maybe one day.

DH is not working all weekend, I don't remember the last time that happened! So happy:) we went out late last night, so we're just going out to breakfast now. Then he's going to the library for a bit & I'm running some errands. We didn't really make any plans, just doing whatever since it's so rare that he's home

DH took DD to the zoo this morning so that I could rest. We have a 3 yr old's bday party later on. For tomorrow, we have a lot of errands to do.

My husband comes home today after working offshore for 3.5 weeks! So I'll be glued to him and probably honeymooning all weekend!

There are even a few in Houston it seems, but not near where I live or work.

We took a weekend getaway to Park City while our house is being shown all weekend. Please still keep fingers crossed for a quick sale, because I don't know how long I can keep spotless up with two children!

Well all plans have been cancelled and I was put on bed rest for the weekend, fingers crossed it doesn't become permanent!

My mom is coming later today, so I need to pick up the house a bit. I think she and I will go look at baby stuff, just to show her some things from the registry, plus she's never been to BBB.
Tomorrow we have church. Hubs is running the powerpoint, so we have to be there at 9 and there's a potluck after that I need to prep for tonight. Not sure about after church, in laws might come over.

@jessiejo17: same here!!! It's so hard. Hubs is working on the nursery and I really want to help. But I'm hoping if I'm really really good this weekend I'll be able to get back on track and not have to go on bed rest for a long time.

Nothing much today.... I'd been doing some online baby shoe shopping but can't decide what I want. Later we'll hang out with DH's parents and probably go to dinner. Hoping the rain from the hurricane stays away because tomorrow my mom's having a BBQ/pool party!

just hanging out...lil' CB had his first night away from us last night! he slept over my parents' house and had a total blast (and so did we on our night off!). we're just chillin' now and tomorrow we've got church and that's about it! i go back to work on monday, so a nice, relaxing weekend is just what we need!

Not much!! We were going to do a park picnic with friends, but it's storming this afternoon. boo
I have been post-processing pics from a wedding I did ALL. DAY. and yesterday, til like 2am. I am running on 5 hrs sleep... and it was in two segments lol
I just don't have the time/ability to do projects like this during the week when DH can't watch lo!!

Taking the girls to a birthday party this afternoon, then church tomorrow. DH works weekends, so they don't tend to be super exciting

Unpacking. I cannot wait to have everything unpacked and put away! It's so hard trying to get it done during the week with LO.

DH and I both start back to school on Monday, so this weekend is being spent working on stuff for our classrooms (and napping while we can!).

Water park with the kids, two runs at a dog agility trial (we got the last one we needed, woot!!), movies w the kids to see paranorman, two more agility runs, and then I'm stopping by the inlaws. I know that few people here will understand the agility stuff, but after 4 years we're finally gonna get our C-ATCH! (smile and nod lol)
