Spaghetti is super easy. Here's a beginner recipe.
Boil pasta according to package
Brown ground beef or turkey
Toss in chopped raw onion and mushrooms
*Season with Italian seasoning & Garlic salt
Pour canned sauce over and simmer until warm
Here's another easy, minimal ingredient dish.
Bone in chicken, marinated in Italian salad dressing (Wishbone Zesty works well). Marinate in a freezer bag over night.
Bake then Broil chicken for a little crunch on top.
Make Mid East rice pilaf according to packing (my favorite flavor is wild rice mushroom)
Steam veggies in a bag from produce section. When veggies come out you can add a pat of butter and Lawry's seasoned salt or lemon pepper seasoning- just a little.

Shredded pork in the crockpot will make a ton of easy dishes! You can throw in some onions and a can of Coke then low and slow all day and you can make pork sandwiches, quesadillas or even add the leftovers to eggs or omelettes!
Cilantro Lime Chicken:
Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces and brown up over high heat. When cooked, throw in some honey and lime juice and continue cooking until slightly thickened. Serve with jasmine rice and fresh chopped cilantro on top!

Breaded chicken cutlets were my first recipe. They are so versatile because you can just change the sauce to make tons of things. Chicken parm, chicken piccata, etc.
1. Pound chicken breasts thin between wax paper (or cut breast in half to make thin)
2. Dunk chicken in flour
4. wisk an egg, and dunk chicken in egg
5. Dunk chicken in (italian seasoned) breadcrumbs and coat.
6. Put tablespoon-ish of olive oil in pan and heat on med-high
7. Cook chicken in oil until brown.
If they are thin, they should be cooked through now (165 degrees). If they aren't super thin, you may need to cook longer ( you can do this in the oven like for chicken parm or you can put a little water or sauce in the pan and cover the pan and continue to cook on stove. This stops them from browning but steams the meat to fully cook.)
