Oh man! I love practically everything at dim sum so I can't just pick one or two items!
Har gow, siu mai, shrimp fun rolls, steamed bbq buns, sticky rice, steamed ribs with black bean sauce, egg tarts, turnip cake, leek dumplings, pork with peanut dumplngs... I could go on and on and on and on. haha!

i love so many things....and I've been craving dim sum for the past 3 days, so I think we're going to have to go to chinatown this weekend.
shu mai, hargow, pork buns, and those shrimp or something-else filled floppy roll things. I don't know what they are called, but they usually have a sauce on top. Hmm...I can't descibe it well enough for a google pic, either!

@bunnylove08: Right?! I love errrr-thang on the dim sum carts.
I'd have to go with har gow, siu mai (especially those with quail eggs!), mango pudding, chicken feet, and chives and shrimp dumplings. So good!!
