I love these lists! Some of my favorites are:
Young House Love
How Sweet Eats (recipes are on the main page and she has more posts in the "Crumbs" section which took me forever to realize)
Cup Of Jo -- general lifestyle stuff but lots of good series and well written
Mama Congo -- written by two expats who live in the Congo
Brooklyn Limestone -- mostly house stuff with lots of crafts
Good Life for Less -- a style blog, she is super sweet and features lots of reasonably priced things which makes it more relatable for me at least

Loving these lists. Definitely following because I am on the lookout for a couple of new blogs to get into. .

I used to read Yarn Harlot all the time. It's a nerdy knitting blog written by a woman in Canada...

Marriage confessions was a big one for me, I have a lot in common with the writer and feel that we were on the same page with a lot of issues which I liked.
I also read the blog from Gretchen rubin who wrote the happiness project. We used to live in the same neighborhood so it was nice to see reference to local stuff.
I also like a blog by the writer of take good care of the garden and the dogs. She's based in small town Alaska, and it conjures up memories of northern exposure for me!
