I'm going to be taking some food to a winery this weekend and need some new ideas. Also spring is here and we have a concert series in town that I pack a picnic dinner for. And we also take easy portable food on the boat. What are your favorite foods to make to take on the go? Bonus points for gluten free.

Cheese, crackers, meat
Caprese salad
Bbqed and chilled sasuage cut up with mustard.
Smoked onion dip
Antipasti salad: chopped cheese, salami, artichoke hearts, olives etc dressed with olive oil.
