Hellobee Boards

In college I went on one of those seven countries in ten days bus tours of Europe with my family and my best friend's family. A horrible way to experience Europe (we saw the Eiffel Tower from the bus windows as we drove past... seriously, we didn't stop even for a picture!) but a great way to figure out which countries you like and want to go back to. My favorites were Austria and Switzerland because they were clean, beautiful, the food was good, and the people were friendly and nice. I hated England, France, and Italy because they were dirty and expensive and crowded, full of people who seemed mean. Now that I'm older I'm sure my opinion would be different. I had also been to France before (Rouen instead of Paris) and really loved it then.

I've been to a few of the big cities (London, Paris, Rome, Amsterdam, Vienna) already so I didn't include them on my list... since it was already too long

@mrs. wagon: you liked the food in Austria? Very curious, what did you enjoy? I'm currently living here and that is one of my greatest challenges when eating out...and the grocery store can also be a giant pain.
