I heard that too so I use it if it's available! If not, I just slowly open the door of any stall and if it looks clean, I'll go in. Sometimes people just don't flush and it's so gross!

I always go to the first one too, and I really prefer if it's next to a wall for some reason... seems more private I guess? Haha.

I tend to go for the first stall as well, more out of habit than anything. Generally though, I try to avoid the ones that are smack in the middle (if there's a long line of stalls) - I don't like the idea of people on either side of me, haha.

depends on which one's being used. if there are 4, and the first one is being used, i'll use the last one, even if it's handicap. i try to get one that's not right next to an occupied stall.

@Andrea, I do the same thing.

If all the stalls are empty and clean, I'll go for the first or middle one. If someone is using one, I'll leave an empty stall between me and them.

If they're all empty and clean, I go to the last one or next to last one. Why? No clue.

Just wanted to add: I hate when you are the only one in there and, if there are more than 3 stalls, the new person STILL picks one right next to you. It makes me feel awkward. Lol.

I always use the same first stall wherever I go, because I heard the same thing about that one being the cleanest... but I've realized that at my office, everyone uses the first stall... so I try to switch it up!
