I love Calvin Klein and Hotel Collection duvet covers at Macys. TJ Maxx has some surprising deals sometimes too. I just picked up a Lacoste duvet cover on clearance for $39 (reg $350)!

I have to say, it's crazy warm. We have flannel sheets and just the duvet, and are cozy cozy over night without the heat on (in Midwestern winters). I'm not usually one to be warm, but it's fantastic.
I love their covers too, and would buy a whole bunch of them if I could!

@MediaNaranja: I'm not sure, our headboard is gray and we have light terquiouse walls. Soo, something that works with that. Im not opposed to pattern at all. Neutral or pattern!

Ours is by Chaps from Kohls but they don't have it on their website anymore. It was from the Riviera collection and is maroon.
