If your only choices are white or black I would do white for something more casual or black for something more formal. I like contrast, so my personal pick would be white. If you're open to other colors, I think it would be super cute with a yellow cardigan or even navy blue or gray.

I think yellow would also be really cute for a pop of spring color!

Cute dress! I'd wear it with a bright sweater - like green, yellow, or pink. You could probably find a non maternity cardigan just about anywhere and wear it open over the dress.

I actually vote for the pink one that's shown in that link - would be super bright and fun! Otherwise, I'd do white. You could also try a non-maternity cardigan or shrug.
