We use coconut oil regularly and haven't had too many rash issues. When he was itty bitty and pooping all the time he got a wicked one and the only thing that cleared it up was triple paste - we used it with tshirt liners or disposables.

@T.H.O.U.: @aprk: @scg00387: Do you have to strip coconut oil out of the diapers? No one sells Earth Mama Angel Baby near us, so it would be a good option!

Angel baby bottom balm with fleece liners so I don't have to worry about my diapers. You can get the balm a lot of places online - vitacost, amazon, diapers.com, etc.

Oh I've never tried coconut oil! I'll have to pick some up next time I'm at the store to try!

It's always warm enough here for coconut oil to stay liquidy SO we always use it in a spray bottle with a couple drops of tto & lavender oil.

Honestly, I can't find any that does the trick. Tried a bunch and coconut oil and they do nothing for her. I have to put her in disposables with something stronger until it clears up.

California Baby smells really good. I also like EMAB but the smell is a little harsher I think. She has only had one little bump so far but the California Baby got rid of it overnight.

I just use regular white stuff but ours are cotton inside, not microfiber, so it comes off in the wash no problem.

Another vote for EMAB. I've ordered all of mine from Amazon. It's a lot cheaper there.
