What all does your LO teacher(s) do to help encourage potty training? How often do they put them on the potty?

They put them on the potty every 2 hours and do sticker charts

When we told them we were starting at home they starting putting her on like every hour? And also all the potty trained kids go potty before food time.
They actually encouraged us to bring her in underwear before we were mentally ready! Lol she did great.

We aren't actively potty training yet but he is showing a lot of interest at daycare, so they let him sit on the potty as much as he wants.

They put him on every hour and encourage it. Well, they stand him up because he freaks out when they try to sit him. He'll be 3 in September. It's not working so far!!!

Xander just moved to Toddler 2, which introduces the potty, but I don't think starts real training yet. They bring him to the potty a couple times a day just to get him used to it, but they aren't really training yet.

When he started in the Twos room, they offered the potty at each diaper change (every two hours). Once he started using the toilet & had consistent days of being dry the teacher encouraged us to switch to underwear & they had him go every hour. They've been unbelievably helpful!!
ETA: they did reward him with M&Ms or mini marshmallows for a while. I didn't love that, but it worked & they don't do it anymore now that he's been in undies for a few weeks.
