My LO will be 4 months old on Wednesday so I'm starting to grow wary of the dreaded regression. She had a horrible night on Friday night when she was wide awake from 2:45-6:00 am, which has never come close to happening before, so we got a little spooked. Saturday night and last night were both back to normal, though (sleeping roughly 7pm-7am with several wakeup/dream feeds, always goes right back to sleep immediately after feeding).
So I'm curious what to watch out for. What changes happened to your LO's sleep when the regression hit?
Poll for fun, but mostly I'd love comments. (Enabling multiple votes for multiple LOs).
He started waking up more and more frequently and gradually got more and more difficult to put to sleep. We did some sleep training around 6 months for bed time (which was pretty easy - minimal crying, I think he just needed to be left alone to fall asleep) but he kept waking up 2-3 times a night until about 11 months. His naps were always crap, so at least they didn't get worse
