Mostly just nursery items - ours were only 18 months apart, so we had to set up a second monitor/changing station/etc. rather than just re-use the old one. My list was something like this...

- Double stroller
- Furniture for baby's bedroom
- Changing pad and cover
- Diaper genie w/refills
- Additional camera for baby monitor
- Sound machine
- Humidifier
- New bottle nipples
- New pacifiers
- Nursery decor (mobile, bedding, etc.)

And I did want the new baby to have some things of his own, so I did pick up some new toys. And a few things I hadn't bothered with last time that I wanted to try, like a breastfeeding pillow. Oh, and a new pump! But insurance covered that anyways.

My list is very similar to @wonderstruck: .

We are having a girl and our first is a boy but I swapped clothes with a friend so I didn't have to buy much in terms of clothes.

Things I will need for sure
- Double stroller
- 2 humidifiers (DS' broke at the end of last winter )
- bottle nipples
- soother (if you use them, DS never took one)
- sleep sack
- a couple muslin blankets as DS still uses his for sleep
- I'm upgrading my diaper bag. My previous one is pretty weathered and I would like a bit more space for gear for 2 babies
- some clothes- couldn't help it, I get to shop for girly things!
- starter sippy cups (Zoli) because the straws are starting to deteriorate.
- pharmacy type stuff that we no longer use like infant weight Tylenol, gripe water, hyland's teething tablets and baby vitamin d drops.

@getjazzy: Oh yes, I forgot about re-buying infant meds and upgrading the diaper bag! Not that I really needed a new diaper bag, but it was an excellent excuse, haha.

If we have another-

Car seat (Chicco, I sold our dreaded Graco)

Pump parts and glass bottles and some pura bottles (plastic free)

Double rocking chair (I'd like DD to be able to snuggle up while reading/ nursing together)

Ride on board for Bugaboo (I don't think I would get a double because she already dreads the stroller at just-turned 2)

Woombie or some other simple but super swaddle (DD couldn't be swaddled because she got out of every single one- even with velcro!)

@wonderstruck & @Adira Ah...the additional camera for the monitor. That's one I didn't think of!

Definitely following. We're having another boy due within 2 days of LO's 3rd birthday, so I think I'm set on things like clothes and gear, but would like the completion discount on some of the things we need to repurchase like bottle nipples and the extra camera for the monitor!

Ummm I'm buying half of everything since we're having the opposite sex and I didn't keep a lot of stuff especially newborn.

Maybe swing- have to see if it works and I think it makes a really loud clicking noise
Infant bath if I can find the middle piece that goes to the whale tub

Noise machine (dd still uses very softly!)

Diaper bag- I still use mine often enough and it's going to be three years old before lo2 gets here! I've used that thing as a purse and diaper bag so I don't even feel guilty at all about buying a new one!
Wubanubs and pacis
Breastfeeding stuff
Bottle warmer- I actually found it very useful for my formula fed baby but I'm hoping it'll mostly be babysitters using it this time.
Some bedroom decor, new blackout blinds
Some kind of closet storage
Hangers
Cosleeper.. I want one but we'll see since we have a pnp
Maybe a jumper later on, we have ours away to a neighbor when we moved!
Sleep sacks/ swaddles
Sippy cups/utensils but we replace these every so often anyway

I have two boys so there was a lot of clothes reusing! We also saved pretty much everything we had for LO #1.

We didn't have a registry but this what we bought

- very few new clothes
- a sidekick thing that attaches to our current stroller (we have an orbit baby stroller system)
- new bottles and nipples
- new pacifiers

Things I bought after I had the baby
- new pump supplies
- more blankets (not sure why but we bought a lot more... we somehow misplaced a lot of swaddle blankets over the years)
- a couple of more new clothes (I had a moment where I felt guilty that LO #2 was wearing all used clothes so I bought him some more new clothes for the heck of it)

Some side notes
- I bought a gift for LO #1 that LO #2 "gave" him (we got a stuff animal)
- I also bought some baby toys for LO #2 so that those were his and only his for fun too.

I haven't gone through all of DD's baby things, so not sure what all we will need but they are different seasons so clothes for sure. We are buying a new glider, one that reclines that we can re use after baby days are done. New bottle nipples, infant pharmacy stuff, this thread is great for my list!
