Did you BD EOD, start OPK's, or something really weird?
haha, If I don't get my BFP this cycle I am going to need some suggestions!

BD ED from end of period to 2 days after ovulation, took Mucinex. Honestly though, it's just luck. After watching "The Great Sperm Race" recently, I've become completely convinced of this. I don't believe anything I particularly did led to my BFP, it was just with every month trying my odds statistically increase.
ETA: Just read this and wanted to add that I'm sorry if I'm a downer!

I cut caffeine and upped water and green tea intake. I don't think it made a difference. I think it was just the right cycle.

I really, REALLY don't want to perpetuate the "relax and you'll get pregnant" myth, but the cycle I got my BFP I didn't chart, use OPKs, anything. I was just waiting for the next month, when I would have started my first medicated cycle.
Also, I started a low carb diet about a month before I conceived. 2 weeks after I started I got AF on my own after only a 60 day cycle (pretty good for me, with PCOS) and 2 weeks after that I conceived. Got my BFP 3 weeks later.

I have no way of knowing for sure, but I honestly believe the reason that we've managed to get pregnant so quickly every time (we're 3 for 4 on months trying, though first two ended in m/c) is because I ALWAYS made sure to orgasm after he finished. It's the one thing I don't see mentioned on here often, and when it does come up it looks like most people aren't doing it. So it makes some sense that it could have made a difference since it's the only thing we did differently from everyone else.
I saw a science show that explained it. Basically the orgasm pulls the sperm up into the uterus. They actually showed the effect on a woman. They injected her with something that would show up on a scan (in a way that mimics a man orgasming inside her), then showed on a scan where it was. They then had her orgasm (awkward much?) and did another scan. It had moved MUCH further up.

For DD, nothing different other than completely giving up and becoming resigned. We did go on vacation and BD every day because we really reconnected and fell in love again, so it was actually enjoyable instead of feeling like a business arrangement.
For BFP #2 (m/c) we were NTNP and were super relaxed about the whole thing. I don't even know when I O'ed or conceived. After a year of impeccable timing and not getting pregnant the first time around, I was shocked to see a BFP on one of the first cycles of NTNP.

I didn't try anything new. Mentally, it was the month I gave up and was ready to start with iui.

@Torchwood: I have heard this and am very intrigued! question: how do you orgasm after? do you do it yourself? it takes a heck of a lot of work/time for me so i was just wondering!

@whenoceansrise: Yes, I just do it myself. It's easiest if we finish in missionary so I'm already on my back and don't have to worry about anything, ya know, falling out. I keep a towel under my butt (sometimes elevated a bit with a pillow as well). I'm lucky though and it's really quick for me (if I'm doing it myself), so it was no big deal to add to the routine. If it had been a lot of trouble, I might have gone for it just on O day or the day before, or something like that. Also, probably obvious, a vibrator can really help. DH doesn't like them much, so I don't bother, but they're definitely effective.

@Torchwood: Ooooh, this is so interesting to me! This is a tactic I can support.

literally nothing differently, aside from not using condoms. I used an OPK to verify what day I "should" ovulate (I have predictable cycles) but that was it!

#1 - Clomid, mucinex for more CM plus vacation and lots of wine during O time.
#2 - absolutely nothing. We were NTNP and just "having fun".

This first time, I got pregnant after surgery that enabled my doctor to unblock one of my tubes so that was really the main thing. Things I also did that cycle:
O'ed while on vacation
Had great timing - O-4, O-2, O-1, O, and O+1
preseed
soft cups
OPKs and charting CM
royal jelly (me and DH)
For my second BFP (CP):
had okay timing - O-3 and O-1
preseed
soft cups
OPKs and charting CM

As long as you're timing sex close enough to O (confirming with OPKs or charting), I think everything else is a crap shoot.
Of the 3 times I've been pregnant, the first time was when I was seeing an acupuncturist (m/c), the second was seeing a naturopath (m/c), and finally what worked was getting on Lovenox. But I have issues that most people don't!

For #1 it was not using lube AND lifting my butt in the air afterwards - I did both those that month after trying for ~ 9 months, and finally got pregnant! Coincidence, actually helping, I don't know. I think the lube made the biggest difference though, I had no idea lube had spermicide in it. FAIL!

Quit drinking and took Fertile CM pills. Also, we DTD on O-4, O-3, O-1, O, and O+1. Probably O+3 or 4, as well. We were feeling extra frisky that month.

Probably doesn't count for me, but I had IUI with menopur. I wish I had a better secret that didn't include fertility drugs!!

Here's what was different for me:
-HSG on CD7
-on vacation for the week before O
-took progesterone for a short luteal phase starting at 1DPO

@whenoceansrise: I also used a Circle & Bloom program. It was fantastic.

@Mrs.Someone: agree! If using preseed, giving up caffeine, etc. helps you to feel positive and like you're doing something to get pregnant, then go for it. But there isn't a magical sex position, supplement, diet that is going to get your pregnant.
For me, I got my first BFP my first medicated cycle (injectables + IUI) after my laparoscopy.
ETA: I used to feel like it was frustrating that I was limited in what I could do to get pregnant. But then I decided to see it as liberating b/c past timing things right (or getting medical help), it was out of my control!
