So granted J is only going into his 4th day, but for the last 30+ hours he has refused to be anywhere but at my breast. He will fall asleep there and pop off but as soon as he wakes and realizes he's no longer feeding/comfort nursing he goes into a rage. He has slept only on me. No going to someone else or be put down anywhere.

DH has been able to calm him and finally get him back to sleep by sucking his finger but if he tries to put him in the RnP he is back to square one immediately. Zero awake/alert time when he is not screaming, licking his lips and rooting around.

I feel like I should add that he passed 4 diapers of his meconium at the hospital the first day and no poopy diapers since. Wet yes. Very stinky gas, yes. Not sure if it's related.

Anyone else have this? I'm trying to gauge if this is a passing/few day thing or long term where he is refusing anyone else.
