I had McDonalds 10 days ago... I don't get fast food often, but it sure is yummy! I tried to be "healthy" by ordering a grilled chicken sandwich and shared an order of fries with DH... but then felt so unsatisfied with my sandwich, I ordered extra fries. #HealthyFail

Probably a chicken nuggets mini meal from mcdonalds. We have fast food probably 1-2 times a week, which isn't good, but the doctor hasn't complained about my weight so we'll assume all is okay.

Sunday afternoon, we got Frosty's from Wendy's. I really wanted the fries but I resisted.

I got Wendy's last night because they are doing a limited promotion of the Bevo Spicy chicken sandwich. i think it used to be called the wild mountain chicken, but Omg, it's soo good! I had that with a Cesar side salad and a water.
