Sticker chart with the prize of a magic clip doll each time the chart is full. LO is VERY sticker oriented though, so it has worked really well for her. And those dolls are pretty cheap too (we bought a pack of several to save $$)

@yoursilverlining: where do you find those magic clip dolls cheap? All I can find are $$$ ones and the crazy youtube vids of them.

We've been doing 2 chocolate chips per pee and a small dollar store prize for a poop.

We did m&ms--1 for pee and 2 for poop. When we did 3 day potty boot camp, we used the Elmo potty time chart. So she got a sticker and m&m for every success, and a toy from the prize bag (target dollar bin stuff) for every 3 successes. It worked!!

We did 2 m&ms for pee and for every poop he got one of these stupid toys that he found on youtube. They're crazy expensive but whatever, it worked. After a week or so? we made a poop chart and he had to get 4 X's to get the toy. A week of that then he had to poop like 6 or 7 times. After a while we stopped mentioning getting an X and I think he kind of forgot about them (not the toy, he's still crazy obsessed but no longer associates it with poop). We only had one poop accident and he has never refused to poop on the potty.
But, my LO is majorly motivated by bribery and like I said OBSESSED with that toy. It all just worked in our favor.

Miniature M&Ms. One for pee, two for poop. He has (apparently) also decided to night train, so we do stickers at night. I don't think he'd go for that during the day, though.

Mostly just stickers. She didn't really need bribery, but she was scared to poop in the beginning and I think what helped was letting her watch the ipad in the bathroom. We sat there for a long time waiting for poops! It only lasted a few weeks though.

An episode of Dora or Daniel Tiger for a poo, nothing for a pee. We originally were giving a treat for a poo but I REALLY didn't like her demanding sweets at sometimes inappropriate times (like right before lunch)
I'd like to phase out the TV association - might use a sticker chart for a new baby doll to do that.
