please excuse my ignorance - tumble dry - is that just regular drying? drying for delicates?
i never really cared - just usually hit regular dry - even for "gentle" cycle clothing..... but i need to wash all my baby clothes and i want to do this right. btw, i just spent $22 for dreft. what a pain and a rip off! lol.

LOL on your comment about Dreft! I refused to buy it and bought All Free and Clear instead. As for tumble dry - yes, just use the dryer. I guess they don't want you line-drying baby clothes? I take tumble dry as a catch-all for stick it in the dryer and forget about it.

yeah tumble dry is just in the dryer. But I dont know why thats a necessity, I do know people that line dry their baby clothes..

i think it just means that it is OK to stick in the dryer vs. line dry for more delicate items.

usually it'll state: tumble dry low. this just means use low heat as opposed to high or automatic.

@tequiero21: i find that most times it really doesn't matter and nothing bad happens if you do dry it but other times it really really does. like my hubby's lacoste polo shirts...REALLY cannot go in the dryer. stupid!

@Andrea: I have so many clothes that are like that. And with Lacoste? It's because they're form fitting to begin with, I would hate to see what they look like after a tumble dry!!

I always just dry all of my LOs clothes on low except for a few fancy dresses & delicate items that I line dry.
