I bought a chicken suit!

I think the key is that it's hard to buy/sell heavy or bulky items.

I would buy clothes, shoes, etc.
It's hard to find cute boy shoes so would love to find some good ones.

@scg00387: I agree that the setup makes it hard to stay on top of what's available.

I have given things away (would be cool to have a free items thread maybe) and sold a few clothing and shoe item. Mainly special items that I think people would be interested in. I have also bought some clothing for DS from the thread. Most of the kids clothes I sell to thredup.

@mrbee: I hear ya, I'm sure it is a big undertaking!

In the past I think I also listed a baby k'tan carrier and maternity clothes. I'd also look to buy books and toys if the toys were cost prohibitive to ship.

@mrbee: For me it's mostly the clothes and accessories I'm looking to get. Most of the time, I can't convince DH of the expense of buying something new or it's something I haven't thought of and viola, it's on HB for a fraction of the cost and gently used. Worth the shipping.
