I would say bum is used most frequently at our house. When LO is naked before her bath we pat her little bottom and tell her we are playing the bum drum!

@T.H.O.U.: You just reminded me of a funny story -- my great-grandma lived near a lot of Polish people, and she'd heard people say "kissa ma dupa" (kind of like a English/Polish combo, haha). She just thought it was a cute saying and didn't know what it meant so she would say it to people all the time! Finally someone told her and she was mortified, lol.
