I train 1x week with a trainer, 2x I do her program by myself and I try to fit cardio in at least 3x week.
I've been slacking lately though. Time to lace up again!

I walk/ run (intervals) on the treadmill for 30mins, then i do weight and ab workouts, and then finish up with 15mins of cardio everyday. Just started this about 8 days ago and already seeing results.
I try to take LO for a walk with stroller almost everyday but those are slow and only 20mins (max) so I really dont count them as a workout, but they're better than nothing.
@mrsjyw: you will be sexy(ier) in no time with 3ds and P!!! Good job, girl!

I miss working out SO much I can totally notice a difference in my energy levels. I was doing some of the 30DS exercises w/ones I like better but the same interval idea and running a few miles/day. Since starting my new job though? Nada. Zilch. Add all my unhealthy snacks and I'm a hot mess!

I've just started running with the jogging stroller to DD's daycare in the evening to pick her up. Then I run home pushing her. She loves the extra outdoors time, and it's a good workout for me!

I'm trying to at least take a 30+ minute walk with LO. Our neighborhood is super hilly, so it's bot a terrible workout. On good days I do an exercise video or run in addition to the walk.

Weight training (mixing it up between heavy and intervals) and HIIT cardio for no longer than 15-20 mins a day.
I learned the hard way what effect steady state cardio had on my metabolism, it affected my supply and hormones like crazy, so now I stick to weights and intervals.

@skibobrown: I think you just solved a mystery for me. Nearly every day when I'm driving home from work, I see this guy running while pushing an empty jogging stroller. I've never been able to think of a good reason to run with an empty stroller until reading your post. I drive by a preschool/daycare center usually within a mile of when I see the guy. Lightbulb moment!

@IRunForFun: Yeah, I get some weird looks... although we live in a very small town, so I think it should be pretty obvious that I'm running towards the very prominent daycare center on that side of town.
