I always gravitate towards watching SATC to cheer myself up. The other day I wasn't down but I was watching SATC anyway and DH saw me. His first question was "What's wrong??" LOL. Guess he knows my cheer up trick.

A good cry session, a nap, and then some coffee under a fluffy blanket on the couch.
Or...
A trip to the book store to sit, drink coffee, and read magazines.

I have a martini every day after work and it always makes me feel better, no matter how horrible my day was. Not that I would still do that as a parent (maybe I would), but for now it's a failsafe way to feel better.
