What do you do when you feel like your life is so chaotic and you feel like you're so overwhelmed? I feel SO defeated right now. I don't feel well (healthy), I'm tired, work has been the week from hell, jake has been very difficult lately and DH and I just aren't getting along. We aren't fighting but we haven't spent time together much lately and just need some time.

I asked to leave early but have a meeting I can't reschedule that's 2:30-3:30 so it's not like I'm going to get much extra time...
