Last night for the second time (although not on consecutive nights), BabyGloss woke up, fussed, and stood up in her crib (despite her sleep sack) and continued fussing. What the heck are you supposed to do when they do that?! I hate the idea of her falling, so both times after waiting a few minutes, I have gone in to get her (to her credit, she was about 7.5-8 hours in to her sleep), but I don't want her to equate standing with getting picked up! After I put her back down, she fussed again, and this time just sat up in her crib for a little over a half an hour . . . I could see her start to fall over and then she would wake up and steady herself again. *augh* I am terrified that she is going to bump her head or hurt herself!
Have any of you dealt with this? Do you have any suggestions?
