With A, I had a hard time eating anything...and if I did it was usually garbage. I figured something crappy was better than nothing though, so hopefully you can find at least something that sounds appealing.

@chopsuey119: I've been on pinterest forever looking at food! Can't seem to make up my mind and nothing is all that appetizing....grrrr

I ate anything that even remotely looked or sounded good, regardless of whether it was healthy or not.
If NOTHING sounds good, but you're hungry...go for something that will at least fill you up and give you a little protein.
Me and vegetables did NOT get along until almost 3rd tri. Bad news.

I had a lot of Jamba Juice and made fruit smoothies at home. That and tortilla chips

I ate mashed potatoes, toast, and chicken strips. Oh, and Cheezits. I hope you feel better! That aversion phase is so yucky

I mostly drank smoothies, juices, soups, etc... when I couldn't keep anything else down.

Tator tots. Cookie dough? Tons of junk. It was not good. I was slightly nauseous all the time so I could barely eat anyway. And then nothing sounded good. No shock I barely gained any weight.

I think I literally ate nothing. I seriously can't remember eating in my first tri. I remembering grabbing my stomach an covering my nose as I walked through the kitchen!

Ugh, I tried to make turkey chili tonight, instead I ended up grabbing my nose and running out of the kitchen I dumped in the ingredients and told my husband to stir it occasionally, turned the air vent on high, and hid in the garage for a while. As much as I usually like it, I did not have any tonight!
Usually it's either Greek yogurt, Kraft Mac & Cheese, tortillas and butter, and lemon lime Gatorade (last time was Sierra Mist, but I don't like it anymore no thanks to an unfortunate incident). If anything ever looked good, I would eat out instead, anything to get some calories.

pasta, sprite, saltines, cucumbers, milk... tried the looking at food pictures trick and it just made me sick. drove DH nuts, I would whine and whine about being hungry but I couldn't eat anything.

I ate a fair amount of plain bread. I could also eat more variety if I ate out.

I survived on chicken and rice and grilled cheese sandwiches the first 4 months. And Burger King (which I normally hate.)

The only way I can determine what I can eat is to think about it and if my stomach doesn't turn, it's a go.
