I'm not much of a cook... so it's usually grilled cheese w/ a little fruit or some frozen veggies (cooked, of course).

I typically what for DH to get home. But we make sure there are leftovers for LO and I will eat a bit with her as well.

We make chicken pesto tenders (from weelicious) or chicken parm with frozen veggies. Or frozen pizza or frozen pf changs meals from the grocery store.. DH was traveling for two weeks this month so we did this a lot but I am looking for more ideas too

I usually open a can of mixed peas and carrots and the LO will eat those. I also do bowls of cereal. He really likes the Cherrios right now. I have also bought rotessire chickens and the baby and I can eat off of it for a few days.

This is us all the time! I do lots of pasta and try and mix frozen veggies in. App legate Farms chicken strips are a hit also.

Sometimes semi homemade veggie pizza (dough is from Trader Joe's), stir fry, egg sandwiches, etc. If I'm extra tired, sometimes just a wrap with veggies, turkey and dressing.

Quesadillas with just cheese, or cheese + left over chicken or turkey are a huge hit around here for a quick meal or snack. We do that plus fruit and veggies as an easy lunch once or twice a week.
