I was charged with 1) finding and 2) filling a bunch of plastic Easter eggs for 2 to 3 year-olds. I also have to hang out with one of those 2 year-olds after this egg hunt, so candy is out. (The idea is that there will be enough that each of them finds 5 or so.)

What would you get that might be exciting to a toddler and fit inside a plastic egg? And where is the best spot to get plastic eggs?
