I mix it up depending on what I have on hand. I made a salad for dinner and it's 50/50 greens blend, cukes, celery, tomatoes, avocado and bleu cheese. If I had been more patient I would have made hard boiled eggs to go with it! And maybe some cheddar cheese.. mm
tomatoes, avocado, bell peppers, cucumbers, croutons, onions, eggs, turkey/chicken, cheese and balsamic!
