According to FF it's been 537 days since AF paid me a visit... and she's back with a vengeance!!
Can I take something for the cramps, keeping in mind I'm bf'ing?

Most things are totally fine. My cramps just laugh in the face of Tylenol, so I usually take Advil (a lot of Advil).

@heartonastring: on the bright side at least when we want to try again I won't have to worry about weaning, right? Ha. Ugh. This sucks.

There really isn't much you can't take while breastfeeding for pain ...
I take Advil for cramps. That first AF visit after a baby is the worst - I'm dreading it.
That sucks! Advil is totally fine
