I have prescription nasal sprays that help. Maybe get some Afrin.

@mrs. wagon: I used to think that too until I got the prescription nasal sprays. They really can help relieve the pressure, even when you aren't congested and don't have a runny nose.

For me Claritin always helps.

I take a big dose of self pity, since you can't take sudafed while nursing.

@MrsCB: is right- you need the real pseudophedrine behind the counter. The stuff on the shelf doesn't do anything. I've also used a sudafed nasal spray that worked great but I bought it in England and haven't seen it here, plus it made me a little jittery. Hot wash cloth over your face helps too. I get so many sinus headaches, it sucks.
