I know breastmilk is probably the best thing to use to add nutrients.
But I don't really have that much supply to begin with so I'm hesitant to use the precious I have for thinning...
But I'm also afraid to use say, stock, because it'll be another new thing to add to her diet.
I know if it's veggies that I'm boiling I can just use the liquids to retain all the nutrients. But what about when you're steaming carrots and you're not suppose to use the water because of the nitrates?
Thanks!
