I'm trying to find myself again....I think I have gotten a wee bit lost in my TTC journey.
I am now giving myself 20 minutes of time in the morning and evening to focus on myself. I'm also making body movement a priority.
What are you up to?

Being healthy, prepping my body for pregnancy and childbirth, focus on my relationship with DH and enjoy every moment while it's just the 2 of us!

I am taking back control of my body as well! TTC has led to some weight gain, and laziness due to my mood. My sis and I just joined a gym last week and are starting to practice yoga (love it), and I am really focusing on my diet and eating PCOS healthy foods. I hope to see results soon!

I'm focusing on planning Liam's second birthday, decorating the room that was going to be the new nursery (as an office/craft room), refocusing on work and getting all my papers graded in a timely matter, and of course, on nurturing my relationships with my husband and son.

Lose my post wedding pudge (2 years in the making). Competing in the biggest loser at work is definitely helping! Renovating the spare bedroom (which will eventually become nursery/kiddo room). Hopefully we will also be doing a big overhaul of our kitchen/east side of our house soon. A lot of planning to do for that, so would be a big distraction lol.

Getting healthy!
I need to start losing weight: move more, eat more whole foods and less junk, etc.
Its so hard when I get sad every month that I am not KU, and want to sit around and be lazy or eat something comforting. I found out I was miscarrying on the same day I worked out in the morning, so that makes me nervous to go anywhere near the gym during the TWW.
I am a basket of TTC crazy.

I'm also on the losing weight bandwagon, but there's only so much I can focus on that without making myself unnecessarily obsessed!
I'm trying to rekindle my interest in some hobbies (sewing/quilting especially), but my sewing room is in my basement and it's so cold there!
Mostly I'm just trying to make myself do at least one thing a day that I can feel proud I accomplished (cleaning, reorganizing, crafting, whatever).

Eating healthier and getting into a fitness routine for sure. Also working on my marriage and spending time with my hubby before we (hopefully) turn into a family if 3.
I'm also having fun decorating/renovating our new-ish house.

I am also focusing on some projects around the house. I think that it really helps to keep my mind and body busy. The spare bedroom/office/future nursery is my current project. I'm moving our current office (future nursery) to the extra spare bedroom upstairs so I have an awesome tutoring/voice lesson space for my students. It's fun to reorganize, also a TON of work. But since the future nursery will soon be empty, I'm wondering if I will just jinx things if I start planning ahead and paint the room while it's empty...

Great thread! I want to start working out, but I've been sick, so I am trying to get tons of sleep and organizing the house.

@AmeliaBedilia: From your other thread post, I take it being sick was probably what ended up keeping your temps high. hopefully your other distractions will help you through the coming cycle!
Sounds like a lot of us have similar goals, I would love it if we could try to check in one here from time to time and try to hold each other accountable for those goals.
As for me: I'll be working out tonight, and doing some more organizing around the house! I must keep it going!

@sarahnicole218: we have a future nursery too and i wont touch it because of that. I even panicked a bit when DH said he was going to clear out all the junk in it haha!
I currently have an essay to do so that should keep me busy except I havent started it.... I am trying to finish of 1 room in the house every month though.

@Crystal: I "rationalize" like this, too--"Oh, I ate these foods and did these exercises and did this yoga position when I was pregnant and miscarried....so in every TWW I shouldn't eat/do any of those things." It's so hard to know that it's illogical and not be able to help it!!! Thinking of you, lady.

I've started running again, going on a cruise for our anniversary next week, taking a step back from the boards for a few days here and there.

I'm going to Italy next month. Holy Geeze. I will also be able to look back in 2015 and say that I graduated with my Master's degree...So I guess that isn't so shabby, huh?
