Ok, so the sin of denim on denim doesn't count if the jeans are colored or black? That gives me a lot more options. lol

I don't think denim on denim is a sin; in fact, it's actually in style right now. I wear light colored chambray shirts with really dark or colored denim. (And I am doing that today! Colored denim or skinnies... Here's how I swear my pink one (I would wear a regular one with these pants too. And yep this is the pic I took when buying it haha!) I don't like the denim on denim look though when they're both denim blues, I just can't get behind it.

I actually love chambray with black jeans/leggings! I personally like a more loose fit with skinny jeans/leggings or shorts.

I love to wear mine tied at the waist w a maxi dress or maxi skirt!

My go to outfit is black skinny ponte pants with chambray! I wear with heels to work, flats or as a casual weekend outfit (like today!) I pair with toms!
I also love them with maxi skirts.
I wear it with a long fitted short underneath and leggings
As a "jacket" over a dress
With colored shorts
Any colored jeans/pants

Chambray addict here! Especially since BFing!
I wear them with plain and printed leggings. Also skinny jeans of any color! Only trick with blue on blue denim is I would make sure they are different shades enough to be a true contrast. Also I only wear skinny bottoms with the chambray untucked. You can do a high waisted flare style tucked with a belt!
I also like them over a tank, open with shorts, oh the possibilities are endless! Just search chambray on Pinterest for ideas!Pic of some of my chambray shirts (can't find any outfit pics on my phone)

@Mrs. Pen: Forever 21 and Madewell always have a great assortment an my favorites.. JCrew,Anthro, Nordstrom Rack, H&M, TJMaxx (little sleeveless cropped one). Target and any juniors department usually have them too.
