It feels like a pinch on either the right or left side. A pinch-cramp.

And is it real quick and then it's over? Or does it kinda go on for awhile? Thanks for your quick response!

i feel it for a probably 30 seconds to a minute - mine almost feels like a big pinch, kind of like a muscle twitch

For me it can last just a minute or it can pinch/cramp for few hours. It's not painful. Also, I only feel it when I ovulate from my right ovary!

After reading the threads on this I have come to the realization that the feeling I get on the right side of every other month is most likely me ovulating.
It's only noticeable on the right side but I'm fairly certain that's what it is and I think it's neat lol

Hahaha chopsuey is right on.. it's a pinch-cramp! I usually will feel a few pinches over the course of an hour or two. I can feel it on both sides, every month. It definitely is a blessing when TTC to be able to feel yourself ovulate.
