Charlie likes grains most and protein least. In the middle is dairy, fruits then veggies. What about your lo?

Definitely dairy first, then protein. He tolerates grains and he's very picky about his fruits and veggies. I might be to blame for that since I am too.

Grains and starch first. Then soup, not sure what food group that would be. Fruits and proteins are about the same preference for him.

DD1.... Def fruits first, then dairy, grains and proteins/meats are tied for third... veggies come last.
DD2... nursing first, then everything else is tied because she eats just about anything I give her at this point!

Protein. He LOVES meat.
Not far behind is fruit, he eats almost any fruit you put in front of him.

He loves fruits & protein equally.
Can you believe my son does NOT want to eat pasta.
Which kid doesn't like pasta?! Egh.

@blushink: Don't feel bad, mine isn't a huge pasta lover either.

@Boogs: He used to love it. But for the past 4 months he doesn't want to eat it eat ( no matter what form it comes in)

She loves fruit, veg, grains, dairy. She is just so-so about meat so I give her a lot of beans, which she does like.

DS will pretty much always eat fruit, and bread-like products are usually a safe bet too (though he is hit or miss on pasta, and doesn't like rice or any similarly small-sized grain). Dairy is also usually a safe bet. Protein-wise, he'll eat plain beans with no problem, usually, but generally turns down meat. Veggies are also hit or miss.

LO loves fruits/veggies and grains. She hasn't touched any dairy because of her allergy and doesn't love her proteins yet.

She'll eat anything I stick in front of her. But she loves carbs. Like mommy like daughter.

@BoogieBea: ha soup would be #1 for charlie too if that were a food group!

@blushink: I swear they go through different moods, I'm sure he'll end up loving it again one day.

DD pretty much loves all food groups equally but gets really really excited when daddy treats her to some of his fishy treats (sardines, pickled herring, etc). The stuff that makes this mom gag (and refuse to kiss either of them for about an hour).

I'd say dairy, but really she loves cheese more than anything. She'd eat it for every meal if we let her!

Grains and fruit. Then dairy and then protein. He LOVES rice...that's a grain right?
