For me it's soda. I looooove soda but there is nothing healthy about it! I probably drink it once every month or two now.
What about you?

Is it weird to say Jello shots? I mean, I avoid them for obvious reasons, of course, but in college when it was more socially acceptable to have them at parties, I had to cut myself off after a couple of nights where I did not know my limits! They are just so tasty and fun!
I don't love soda, so that one isn't so hard for me, actually. Fries are tough-- love them.

Potato chips. It is just absolute carnage if I have a bag of them at home. Therefore, I never do. If it's an emergency situation (like, um, bad PMS), I will go buy a bag and allow myself to go crazy. I don't feel too terrible about it knowing that it's a once-every-blue-moon type of indulgence.

Soda is my big one as well. I love Coke, and used to have one every day with lunch, but have been really trying to avoid it. It's so terrible for you! (But so delicious!)
Other than that, I have zero willpower.

Fries! DH loves fast food fries, but I try to avoid them for the most part. Once every month or two ill breakdown though

@Mrs. Bee: You're so good! I have at least a can of coke, every single day.
Mine's probably McDonalds or other fast food. I'll have it once a month, max.

Ice cream and cheese. They are not allowed in the house because I have ZERO restraint! (Shredded cheese as an exception - it's a lot harder to snack on that, not impossible though...)
So, I only get those on special occasions when someone else has it available

@meredithNYC: OMG, i'm the same way. I get mad when DH opens a bag of chips, because i'm the one who ends up finishing them...mainly due to my lack of self control.
I rarely allow myself fast food.

Polish sausage. I can put away one of those huge rings in like a day.
And cookies/crackers/triscuits etc.
Eta: and this goat cheese. I can eat half of it in one sitting. It's baaaaad. http://www.finica.com/productsDetail.php?Goat-Cheese-with-Cranberry-Cinnamon-43#section3

@meredithNYC: @Freckles: I beg my husband not to buy chips or anything else that's a crunchy salty carb because I have zero self control.

Energy drinks. I used to have a serious addiction and drank 2 (Sometimes 3) Monsters a day!!! Then I developed terrible hives all over my body (urticaria) and I really think it was from the energy drinks. I have an aversion to them now!

Soda, any type of fried or fast food, potato chips, etc. I should probably try harder to refrain from chocolate and baked goods, but they're my weaknesses.

fast food, soda, and pizza are "treats"
I've never like soda though so that's not too big a sacrifice, and fast food convenience is what i miss, not necessarily the quality of food (or lack thereof)

Diet Soda, I need to eliminate it from my diet, there is nothing good about it, and with my new outlook on health, it's time to say goodbye to it!
And miniature candy bars, we always have them at work, and I think "but they are so small" haha not when you eat 4 of them

I don't really restrict what I eat and I applaud anyone who can! I have 0 willpower.

I rarely drink soda but sometimes if we're out and I'm having a burger or pizza, then I want a Pepsi. But it happens hardly ever.

Macaroni and cheese or grilled cheese sandwiches. Soda doesn't really do anything for me, and I don't have too tough of a time limiting sweets, but dough+cheese is impossible for me to resist!
