We eat an avocado at least 3-4x a week
and we eat rice nearly 5x a week!

eggs pretty much every day. i also eat bananas almost daily. and DH makes smoothies on a regular basis. And I eat hummus with just about anything.

I eat apples a lot, at least one a day. We eat brown rice pretty often. I like anything buffalo flavored. We have tacos once a week (different kinds though- ground turkey, spicy chicken, buffalo chicken, baked or shrimp) And DH drinks a lot of milk. Other than that we mix it up a lot.

@hergreenapples: oh yes I have been eating a lot of sweet potatoes recently! We also were keeping berries on hand because we get them so cheap from Aldis.

Salad every day for lunch, and hummus w/ sugar snap peas for snack. We eat a lot of chicken (ugh... I want some red meat.... dh is on a chicken kick :T)

Eggs, Greek salad, and some sort of fruit (fresh or dried) every single day. Also cheese and chocolate milk. Yumm. I'm having a glass of chocolate milk right now, actually.

We both have an egg every morning. LO has a string cheese and strawberries everyday. We probably have rice 5x a week too. I am on a huge rotisserie chicken kick and could eat it everyday...with rice and lots of Tabasco...I probably eat this for lunch 5x a day. I need to give up the rice to lose weight...I love it though!

Bananas, salad, chicken, pickles, pop chips, grapes, wine. I eat pretty much the same breakfast and lunch every single day and DH does too. We are pretty boring! Haha
