I tried coconut milk today for the first time. When I first tasted it, I just did it from a spoon & it was yummy. But I just tried to have it with granola & blueberries & the thickness almost choked me....I had to have a second bowl with my normal WCM. hopefully the texture will camouflage well in smoothies & oatmeal....I'm think it may make a good whipped cream alternative for baked peach halves too!
