Kids are just full of surprises! On Sunday while we were quietly driving all of a sudden LO1 (21 months) counts to five!! I wasn't even sure he was listening all those times we were reading or counting flowers on our walks. Then today LO2 (5 months) was aggressively blowing raspberries at the dining room light fixture for 10 minutes. LoL, she had never blown one before that! Damn I love these kids.

LO is 15 months old and this week I heard him say "Monkey" and "Horse" for the first time (while correctly identifying those animals on tv/in a book)! I was surprised because that isn't something we have been actively working on at all!

The other night, DS (12 months) grabbed one of his baby shoes off of the window ledge in our master bedroom, sat down, and actively tried to put it on his feet for about 2 minutes! We quit putting shoes on him since the beginning of summer. Even previously, we weren't diligent about putting shoes on him! So random!!!
