When you had your second did you buy anything? Or did you save most gear to reuse for #2?

I didn't buy any new gear for #2! Just reused everything.

I didn't buy any new gear for baby #2. Someone graciously let us borrow their rock 'n play and snuggabunny swing though. Those two things happened to be lifesavers, so I might've bought those if I didn't have access to them. They were worth their weight in gold!

We're planning to get the equipment to turn our stroller into a double and that's about it

Rebuy a swing (didn't want to store our first)
Rebuy a bathtub
New bouncy seat (looking for a used Bjorne)
Maybe some burp cloths/towels etc -
New everything, but we had a very large age gap in between.

We're planning on buying:
More a&a
Pacis
Different changing pad (ours is dirty)
Different baby tub (hated ours)
An additional high chair (we're hoping to have them very close in age)
And a double stroller
I sold our swing but am undecided on whether or not I was another. -
@TurtleDoves: I can't imagine having two high chairs to store!!

We will need a double stroller, second high chair (our attaches to the regular chair), extra camera, sound machine, rocker, and that's probably it. Oh, and a crib and dresser too

Oh yea. I've got to figure out the monitor thing. I may give the angel care to the infant and get a video for the toddler.

Glider, video monitor (though I would have bought it anyway for the crib-to-bed transition) k'tan (moby is too fussy) and a stroller with a toddler seat attachment. Got the last two things used for a steal. Bought a few pieces of clothing on clearance.

I'm planning on getting another rocker:glider and a double stroller. Also new bedding. New swaddles too.

Reusing most gear. Bought the Baby Bjorn travel crib, new sheets, and another foscam. We also bought some newborn and 3 month clothes since the baby will be born in the opposite season.

Plan to reuse most, but add a bouncy seat and structured carrier, which we ended up not getting for #1.

We plan on reusing a much as we can. We'd to get a video monitor and a double stroller, though.

Depends on the age gap and gender, but will probably by DD a new big girl bed and reuse the crib. Also the 2nd seat for the stroller. A second high chair if needed.
If it's the same gender, re-use everything we can.
If it's opposite gender, maybe a new infant carseat. Definitely new A&A blankets and crib sheets. -
We had to buy everything. There was a 7 year gap.

We sold/donated most of DS's baby stuff as he outgrew it since we were living in a small place his first year. They will be 3 years apart.
We have upgraded to a new stroller, but still have the old one.
I still need to buy: lounger, high chair, play gym/mat, clothes (expecting a DD), want to get a nursing pillow this time around, probably need a pump too. -
We never had a swing (craziness, I know), so we'll get a used one for this baby. I also want to get a video monitor for both girls.

dresser
crib
changing pad for dresser top
2-baby running/biking stroller
Think that's just about it... we will have 2 boys, 22 mos apart so we can reuse most clothes and other stuff. Oh I did have to splurge on a couple sets of matching jammies for both boys @BabyBoecksMom: We never had a swing either! Never missed it and don't plan to buy one for this one.

So far as far as gear goes
- A + A blankets (bc big brother still uses his)
- New swing
- Exersaucer (there was no room at the old house)
- Beco Gemini (life saver!)
- Used double stroller
- Boppy activity matJust about everything else has been used by big brother except for her clothes (also almost all used but new to us!). There's still a few more items I'd like but we can wait

Hasn't actually happened yet, but we're TTC #2 and I'm thinking we'll be purchasing:
- Second camera for our video monitor
- Double stroller
- Second Diaper genie and changing pad (I don't even want to think about how fast ours would fill up with two in diapers!)
- Second high chair (there will be overlap where they both need one)
- Convertible car seat (again, overlap) -
- a crib + mattress which i regret. should have just transitioned charlie to a toddler bed because he started climbing out shortly after olive was born. ended up selling the crib and mattress.
- i sold all the big toys like exersaucer so i rebought those used and then sold them again for the same price when olive outgrew them.
- snap and go - bought used and sold for same price
- double stroller - didn't need until olive was 6 months+
- second video camera
- new tub - threw the old one out
- babybjorn bouncer - bought used and sold for same price
- new bottles. olive hated bottles and charlie's were way too old/used.
other than that, a completely new wardrobe courtesy of grandma.

Crib, mattress, crib sheets, dresser, Rock n Play, new bottles (only recently) wipe warmer, changing pad, double stroller, Simple Human trash can for cloth diapers, pail liners and some seasonal clothes.
The crib is great for us...both girls are content in jail!

We plan on getting another videa camera, crib/dresser, double stroller, a wrap, and new accessories for the bottles.
