I've never really gotten anything huge! We generally buy the $5 DVDs at Target, and random items for gifts (pajamas, toys).
I did get DH an Xbox 360 last year but it wasn't even on BF, it was the week before, and the same price!

I've never gotten any huge steals like the door busters, but we did buy a TV 2 years ago at Costco which was a pretty good deal!

Last year was my first BF experience. I didn't even go out early and I still got some awesome deals. I got:
a 250GB Xbox 360 from Best Buy. It came with 2 games and an xbox live subscription.
Kinect Bundle from TRU. Also came with games.
$15 Lion King DVD/Blu Ray bundle
$50 jumperoo from BRU.
