I'm eating oatmeal a few times a day and am drinking so much water, typically 24oz per pumping session (in addition to drinking throughout the day and with meals).
I read about fenugreek and lactation cookies. Did any of this work for you?

I don't pump but have had good success with lactation tea, lactation cookies (with brewers yeast, flaxseed and oatmeal), oatmeal every morning and basically eating LOTS of calories!

I ate oatmeal daily, drank Mother's Milk tea, dranks lots of water, & just alot of time at the breast/stimulation. I also ate constantly since I had trouble getting enough calories on my very restrictive diet.

I'm wondering if my issue is caloric. I'm rarely hungry but I try to eat tons of protein, fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Maybe I'm just not eating enough. At almost-3 weeks pp, I'm below my pre-pregancy weight by about 5 pounds, although I only gained 15 (which was my doctor's recommendation since I was overweight when I got pregnant).
I'm going to try boosting my calories and making lactation cookies. I've been adding peanut butter to my oatmeal to make it more palatable and to add flavor and protein.

@septemberlove: I mix 2-3 tbs brewers yeast with almond butter (allergic to peanuts) and eat it with crackers. I also drink 2-3 cups of mothers milk tea when my supply takes small dips. The two together helped me pump about 4 oz. more per day.

@septemberlove: it could definitely be a lack of calories, I lost a lot of weight breastfeeding - I'm talking 18 kilograms (almost 40 pounds) - and I have to eat heaps of food to maintain my supply.
Try adding in a morning and afternoon snack and maybe try some sort of protein shake or liquid "meal" when you're up doing a night feed.

@Kemma: I think a liquid meal is a great idea for adding calories, I'll have to check out some options!
