I took vitamin d and b12 because I was low/deficient and it can affect fertility in some cases. I took b complex just after O to lengthen LP at the beginning but it can mess with your cycles. CoQ10 is also a good one for TTC!

For my first I tried soy isoflavones. It was supposed to be like an herbal Clomid. Took it when I got my period. I doubt it did anything. I used it for 3 months, and did happen to get pregnant that 3rd month (after trying for about 6 months prior), but I think it had to work for other reasons. Who knows! Didn't use for pregnancy 2.

The only thing we used to "help" TTC #1 was preseed. #2 was unplanned so we didn't use anything.

Maca root (capsules) helped to regulate my irregular/long cycle! We also used preseed, and I charted my cycle (but I did that for years before actively ttc).

What we did with #1 was not under my OB's advisement, but my CM was "hostile" and I didn't want to try Clomid despite the OB writing a script for it upon first meeting me. Strange considering we'd only tried one cycle at that point.
From CD1 to my first +OPK, I took 1500mg of Evening Primrose Oil orally in addition to B6. I finally got prime CM for BD.
Once I got the LH surge, I switched to Flaxseed Oil since it's advised not to take EPO after OV when TTC. We got a BFP on CD28 of our third cycle TTC (first cycle with EPO).
We are now on cycle 2 of TTC with #2 and I've begun taking EPO in a lower dose in addition to B6. I'm sure if I kicked my heavy caffeine habit, I'd be better off, but my sleepless 9mo has determined otherwise.
