The first that comes to mind is avocados- I could have one every day! But we eat lots of fruit/veggies in general so I feel good about our healthy eating.

Well, are we counting chocolate has a health food? It's really, really good for my mental health. I'm pretty terrible when it comes to healthy eating but right now I'm really loving clementines and eat 3-4 a day.
