We're in HFM hell here. Anything that made your LO's case better? It came on SO fast!! He woke up from his afternoon nap with blistered feet.

Motrin worked for us, but we had a mild case (no sores in the mouth or throat).

My DD had it on her lips and mouth - it was miserable - the only thing that really helped I think was holding her. My DH and I were constantly passing her back and forth - she was just so miserable and wouldn't eat or drink. Motrin may help so I would try that too!

Motrin and Tylenol, alternated every 3 hours. That's what our ped recommended. He also seemed to appreciate when I put an ice cube in a mesh feeder. It was messy, but it seemed to help him, and I knew he was at least getting some water, since he wasn't drinking or eating anything. And lots and lots of snuggles.
