Second the bath, or read a book in solitude for at least 30 minutes. I also take walks or sit outside if it's nice just to get fresh air, that always seems to help relieve stress. If I'm really stress I stay away from all medias (phone, iPad, ect.)

A glass of wine - sometimes just the act of pouring a glass brings a feeling of calmness, but during pregnancy, a warm bath has been great, as has curling up somewhere quiet with a book.

A hot shower! I do weekly yoga and daily walks, but lately I've found that if I just focus on my breathing and try not to think about anything that helps the most, or like I said- the hot shower.
