I don't know what this is - heat rash? Allergic reaction? Something else?
It's all along his shoulders and neck & quite bumpy. He's had it since Friday.
Any ideas? I'm stumped.

Roseola? LO had a rash just like that a few weeks ago and that's what it was.

Might be prickly heat rash. We've been dealing with something similar in the same place and on the arms.

I cold be totally wrong but my daughter gets bumps that look exactly like that when someone holds her and their clothes are not washed in Dreft/free&clear...She gets bumps/irritation where it touched her for a day and then it's gone by the next day.

Roseola? Any fever with the rash? Did anyone with a prickly face hug him? Lol. My DH gives the LO's a rash whenever his scruffy face rubs up against their skin. Has he eaten anything odd? Clothes washed in scented detergent?

LO had that the past couple of days and I'm pretty sure it's heat rash! It's been so hot and humid here. Seems to have cooled off a bit now, I hope your lo's rash goes away with the hot weather

My LO has the same hung right now and I am pretty sure it's a heat rash. It been so hot and humid here the last few days- so I am hoping that since its going to cool off this week it wil go away

Really depends on where and if there are any other symptoms at the same time. My oldest had roseola but didn't have a super high fever for days. Just low grade but he broke out in a rash around his torso area (front and back) a few days after having a low-grade fever.
