@yellowbird: She ate a new food (prunes) two days ago. Not under the weather at all.
I have myself convinced it is roseola and she had a fever that went under the radar.

@Ms. RV: you are probably right. The good thing is she was hardly affected and it should clear up on its own.

@Ms. RV: This is what my daughter's roseola looked like and it was over the same areas. She never had a crazy high fever like textbook roseola.
I'm no doctor though!

@SweetCaroline: So good to know another LO had it without the high fever. I think I remember when I kissed her head good night last night it being a little warm. I guess that might have been it.
