Our daycare has an annual $100 registration fee and a $200 supply fee. Thats expensive! Almost a 1/2 month tuition!

It's included in the monthly tuition. The only separate fee we had was a one-time $50 enrollment fee. We pay almost $1700 per month, though, so I don't think nickel-and-diming with extra fees would go over very well!

Annual fee is $50 or $75
Summer program fee (on top of monthly tuition) is $500 for my 2 kids - that includes all visitors, activities, field trips and swim lessons for my DS.

Ours doesn't have one, but we did tour some facilities that did. It ranged from $75 and up.

We have a supply fee of 50$ x 3 times a year, so 150$ a year. We paid 100$ registration, but only have to pay that once.

I think $45 once per year... But I got a pretty amazing Christmas craft so I'm not complaining.

We don't pay either of those fees. However, we pay such a huge amount in tuition that it wouldn't matter much either way.

I think it's a $25 or $35 registration. Only other fee is for "summer camp" - it was $45.

we don't have a supply fee but given that tuition is $2500, I would hope that covered everything!

Nothing, we are at an in-home though.

Nothing at an in-home. I almost feel bad, because she provides amazing food, and does a lot with them. She is a little more expensive than some in-home options, but no where close to how much a center would cost.
