I was going to say Pentatonix! I just started listening to their Christmas stuff and love it.
Also a big fan of Michael Buble Christmas and Trans Siberian Orchestra
For religious folks, northpoint church Christmas album is phenomenal

I'm a sucker for John Denver and the Muppets. And not necessarily the whole album, but Straight No Chaser's version of 12 Days of Christmas might be my favorite pop music Christmas song ever.

The Temptations and Mariah Carey Christmas albums are my favorite.
I love Carol of the Bells and Silent Night as individual songs. I don't know if this is Christmas or just winter, but I like Baby, It's Cold Outside duets.
